Resort Lifestyle Communities, a Lincoln, Nebraska-based developer, will be adding a three-story, 130-unit facility atop 14 acres of land along Arnold Palmer Boulevard and Old Henry Road. They anticipate breaking ground on the hotel-style building by the spring of 2016 and finishing up 12-14 months later.
The homes will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units with modern home building features such as: open concept layouts, walk-in closets, large bedrooms, wireless internet, paid utilities, washer and dryer hookups, walk-in closets, and chef’s kitchens. Some homes will include patios, balconies, garages or carport options.
According to the company’s website, its facilities offer “resort-style” living comparable to the amenities found on “five-star cruise ships,” which is all included in the monthly rental fee. On-site amenities include: weekly housekeeping, valet parking, room service, concierge service, athletic center classes, a theater, salon, gift shop, free scheduled transportation, and a “Freedom Dining” program. Diners can choose from casual buffets, fine dining, prepared snacks and room service. There is no on-property medical care, but the facility will include a medical alert system in case of emergencies.
